Very Good

Good location next to the sea, 5 minutes walk with my kid from hotel to Calla Marsal beach. Good size swimming pools and not too crowded. Wide selection of food during lunch and dinner (loved the aioli sauce )

- same selection of food every morning - could not get coffee in the afternoon, just mornings - maybe some sunbeds for the hotel can be included on the beach or at least a discount for the period.. we paid 17 euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella everyday - some mould on the wall on one of the rooms we had

Great location and breakfast, worn out facilties

Amazing location nearby a fantastic beach. Breakfast is good and versatile. Pool area is very well maintained.

Rooms are pretty worn out. Everything is usable, but renovation is due in order to keep 4 star rating. Some of the people working at the reception are quite rude and unpleasant, but most are nice.

We only had breakfast. The breakfast was really tasty and there was plenty of choice. The restaurant was nice and it had a good view. Because of the decent restaurant I don't give a very low rating.

I didn't like the dirty carpeted floors in the halls that take you to the room. The bad mattresses and and pillows were reeeealy really uncomfortable. I expected the sheets to be changed at least once during our stay, since it's a hotel and you pay reasonable sum of money.

Very Good

Modern hotel. More like resort with gym, restaurant and other entertainment at night. Only 5 minutes walk to beach Marsal. In the morning, nearby coffee shops and restaurants will open after 9 am. You only can get breakfast at hotel buffet. Free and ample parking on site.

Food was really good Lovely and accommodating staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Lots of space in the hotel

Decent and comfortable stay

Great location, very easy access to the beach and many restaurants within short walk distance. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Large spread for breakfast with plenty options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking available on street near hotel though very limited right in front of the hotel.

No kettle or cups/glasses in the rooms. No water available to purchase at hotel except for pool bar (ridiculously expensive). Luckily, the stores near the beach had water bottles to purchase.

The location was good for us, and the pools were perfect. Clean.

The half board breakfast and dinner were only ok. A lot of the time the buffet was cold. There were no toiletries in our bathroom. Check-in was a disaster, 1.5 hours from when we arrived to when we got our key.

Fantastic location, walking distance to beach ,some nice restaurants around and lots of places to walk or bike too

Nothing really apart being put in completely wrong room in which I paid for!!!. but it was addressed by the lovely Heidi. However didn't enjoy the hotel as we had to leave early

The location is great. It is only a few hundred steps to the beach and the Marcal beach is stunning. There are different restaurant options around and there is even a Thai and Chinese food which is nice. Local ones are also good choices. The room is good size. Big and clean swimming pools. There are also sport activities and night magic show. Breakfast was good enough.

The toilet in our room 316 made strange loud noise after flushing but it was fixed the next day after our private review which is good. I think that could cause smelly a bit in the first 2 nights. The cleanliness of dishes in breakfast area needs to be improved. Cups are not proper and egg marks are drying on plates. We found hair on the food one time. Check-in is not smooth and people don't speak much English.

Excellent location. Beach, restaurants and shops minutes from the hotel entrance. Able to check in after midnight.

Nice view from the balcony to the threes even if you don’t see the sea. Parking. Staff was nice. The room/bathrooam part looks quite modern. Dinner was good (no drinks included).

I don’t understand why this place is a 4* hotel. Didn’t see anything special there in a comparison to a 3* hotel. There is a coffee machine in the room, but you have to buy coffee tablets in the hotel anyway and you can’t make tea. The towels and curtains were quite dirty, the place where the cup was placed was also not clean. The doors in a shower corner did not caulk.

Nice location, especially you look for a sea which has a sand and clear water

the beach and the location is one of the best of the island. on top of this, the personnal they are very kind and their hospitality is also very good. For any support need they were always there. almost each room has the view of sea and the woods. the animation programs are also nice, the gym center is nice. the pools meets also the needs.

i believe the Beds for kids need some improvement as it is not too much confortable. besides, there is not labelling of the meals which needs also an improvement. the animation team and programs are nice, but i see that this is not communicated well with the customers of the hotel. there could be such kind of information board hanged at the enterance of hotel as well as at the enterance of restaurant. at least we have learnt the events by chance. but i travelled a lot over the world, and having such kind of a baord is very common and informative. in the dinner the water is not free of charge, and you have to get is sepearately. this is also common for other hotels, but i believe there could be free offering for still water. lastly, the parking place of the hotel is very restricted. and you are not informed where you can park without asking about this, that could be part of reception personal 's standard information responsibility. and especially they need to inform the customers (who are not familiar with the spesific rules) about the fact that even you see some cars have been parked accross the hotel it is not allowed, and you can find a fee on your car the next day (the controllers charge you at the mid-night!).

Good selection for breakfast. Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, but also located very near to a beautiful beach. Many restaurants (and supermarket) in a short walking distance.

The bed / mattress were not comfortable, even though the staff claim they are new, which I doubt.

Very good breakfast, very good location.

The bed was not so comfortable, bathroom a little old, it could be better. Small parking lot, and it was very full, the car stayed on the road next to the hotel.
